18+ years building production software, the last four spent implementing GenAI systems: LLM agents with multi-step orchestration, retrieval over vector search, and the evaluation and observability that make non-deterministic behaviour trustworthy. I write code daily — LangChain/LangGraph and TypeScript/Next.js services, .NET APIs on Azure, Python for the AI layer — and I have also built and led the teams that ship it.

About

I started in .NET and ERP, spent thirteen years inside a US-headquartered enterprise building payment platforms under PCI compliance and ending as Director of Technology with responsibility for an India subsidiary and cross-border delivery, then founded a consultancy that put AI into production. Today I build agentic systems: multi-step agents with tool calling, retrieval grounded in a customer's own content, evaluation that catches regressions before users do, and cost and latency that stay inside budget.

I am open to GenAI implementation roles — Architect, Principal Engineer, Associate Director or Director — in Hyderabad or remote across India.

Venue Manager — a live multi-tenant SaaS for venue operations

Running in production at venuemanager.pro: events, vendors, budget variance, proposals, and public venue pages with an embedded AI assistant that captures leads. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database with row-level security; the vendor-outreach agent runs on Claude behind Inngest with a queryable state machine; Stripe carries the subscription lifecycle. 167 Playwright tests across 28 spec files assert the tenant boundaries as well as the flows. No paying customers — I built it to take the whole stack end to end alone, and the case study says so plainly.

  • Architected and shipped an AI-native, cloud-native SaaS platform across iOS, Android and Web on Next.js/React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB Atlas and AWS EKS, with GraphQL/Apollo APIs.
  • Built Antsy, a production conversational AI concierge: stateful multi-step agent graphs in LangChain/LangGraph with tool calling and RAG over event data, monitored and calibrated with LangSmith tracing, latency and token-cost tracking, and regression evals before each release.
  • Led the ChatGPT Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integration in TypeScript — among the first event platforms live in ChatGPT via MCP.
  • Led the team's move to spec-driven development with AI coding agents as first-class teammates. The change was structural rather than cosmetic: the team peaked at 12 across engineering, product and design, and as people moved on the roles were not backfilled — delivery continued on a leaner team.
  • Led architectural security hardening and root-cause remediation after identifying a targeted RCE vulnerability in production.
